| Most orders received before 5:00PM Eastern Time will processed & shipped the
same business day via UPS. While most orders are shipped the same day, on rare
occasions due to market volatility some products may be temporarily out of stock.
In such circumstances, we will do our best to notify our customers with the
appropriate ETA as soon as the information becomes available.
For faster processing, please provide a proper physical street address that matches
your billing address when placing your order. While we do facilitate shipping to
ALTERNATE ship to addresses such orders have to be verified and thus may get
delayed. Orders to AK, HI, PR, VI, PO BOXes, FPO & APO addresses are typically
shipped via USPS, please allow up to an additional 24hrs processing time for such
orders. Some international orders may incur an additional charge to cover actual
Shipping & Handling.
All packages must be signed for at time of delivery. No package will be delivered
without a signature. However, a signed signature release form can be left for the
delivery driver if no one is expected to be home/work during the day, to sign for the
package in person.
We may change the shipping carrier in any given order in order to expedite it's
